Lupek Testbed

Craft Information - K1 Layover

Lupek is a rover that will someday be deployed to Mun. It is the KSA's first rover and the team developing it has worked up some automated driving software that needs testing. This stripped-down version of the rover will be traveling over 150km from KSC to the west shore desert to stress-test the new software, with a crewed support vehicle following close by to monitor and upload code revisions.

The team is currently awaiting next sunrise around 22:30 UTC to continue the traversal to W3. In the meantime, they are performing an exhaustive code review and tweaking several drive parameter to try out once the journey resumes.
